Sian van Dykhas been a curator at The Dowse Art Museum since 2013. Sian has worked on a diverse range of projects, developing a well-rounded knowledge of contemporary New Zealand art and craft. She has held curatorial positions at Te Manawa in Palmerston North and the Sarjeant Gallery, Whanganui. In 2015 van Dyk was a recipient of the Creative New Zealand Craft/Object Curator to Munich award.
Reuben is currently Director, Pātaka Art + Museum in Porirua. He has a Masters in Māori Visual Arts from Massey University, worked as Curator of Māori and Pacific Arts at City Gallery Wellington, ran his own art curatorial consultancy company and worked as the Manager of Exhibitions at Logan City Gallery in Brisbane.
